We’ve been treated to a new single from LA newcomer Devon Again, in the form of the bouncy ‘Burn Down’. Playful beats that combine tight drums with carnival-like keyboard flourishes sit beneath her powerful lead vocal. She describes how her time in LA shaped the track: “Back in august I was moving out of my apartment, and I walked out of my building and the one right across the street was on fire. the whole move-out process was kind of a disaster and sent me into this little spiral of thinking about my time in LA so far.” She already made waves with ‘Suburbia’ back in July, and the rest of 2021 should be huge for Devon Again. -Dan Peeke
